If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in checking its delivery status with the relevant shipping provider where possible.
A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund once the order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost during transit or it arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged parcels, please retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs of the parcel and product where requested.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the shipping provider to investigate.
Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
9. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of the parcel, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid customs/import charges, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.
Any costs incurred for re-delivery or return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.
